How many days should I work out for?

This long-sought answer has been asked since the beginning of time. To keep it short, there is no pre-determined answer that is correct for everyone. Each of our bodies is different and in turn, each of our lifestyles has its own individual characteristics.

To really find the answer you’re looking for ultimately comes down to how many days are you able to work out personally. From there, there are endless different workout combinations/splits that will allow you to reach your goals whether that be fat loss, muscle building, or a little bit of both!


We recommend for busier individuals to workout on a 2-3 day split meaning dedicating an upper/lower body workout split with the third day being a cardio-based day. While individuals that have a little more time on to start with a 4-5 day program that allows them to fully work out each body part effectively throughout the week!
